CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Bonk: Real Talk, Real People

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective Date: June 11, 2025

1. Purpose and Scope

Bonk ("the App", "we", "our") is a video-based social platform operated for users aged 18 and above. We are firmly committed to the protection of children and minors from all forms of sexual abuse, exploitation, and harmful content. These Child Safety Standards ("Standards") establish our zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and apply to:

All content published, uploaded, or shared within the App

All users, creators, and third-party contributors interacting with the platform

All features, services, and technical systems operated by Bonk

2. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Bonk maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. The following content and behaviors are explicitly and unconditionally prohibited on the platform:

2.1 Prohibited Content

Any image, video, audio, text, or graphic material that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses a minor (any individual under 18 years of age)

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any format, including digitally generated, AI-generated, or simulated depictions

Content that sexualizes minors, including but not limited to suggestive portrayals, grooming narratives, or luring language directed at children

Partial nudity, implied nudity, or any content of a sexual nature involving individuals under 18

2.2 Prohibited Behaviors

Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors

Sharing, distributing, trading, or linking to CSAM through any platform feature (messaging, live streams, posts, comments, etc.)

Using the App to facilitate contact with minors for sexual purposes

Attempting to circumvent age verification or content moderation systems

Creating fake profiles to impersonate children or minors

3. Age Restrictions and User Eligibility

Bonk is exclusively designed for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or access the platform. Our age verification measures include:

Age declaration requirement during account registration

Periodic review of accounts flagged for suspected underage use

Immediate termination of any account found to belong to a minor

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, delete all associated content, and — where required by applicable law — report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. CSAM Detection and Content Moderation

4.1 Technical Measures

We employ industry-standard technical measures to detect and prevent the distribution of CSAM, including:

Integration with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) PhotoDNA hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM

Automated content scanning for all uploaded images and videos prior to publication

AI-assisted content moderation to flag potentially harmful material for human review

Real-time monitoring of live streaming sessions for prohibited content

4.2 Human Review

All content flagged by automated systems is reviewed by our dedicated Trust & Safety team. Human moderators have authority to:

Remove content immediately upon identification of CSAM or CSAE material

Permanently ban accounts found to have violated these Standards

Preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

4.3 In-App User Reporting Mechanism

Bonk provides an accessible, in-app mechanism for users to report suspected CSAM, CSAE, or any content that may endanger children. The reporting feature is available on every piece of content and user profile. Reports are routed directly to our Trust & Safety team and are addressed with the highest priority.

Tap the "..." (more options) button on any post, video, or profile

Select "Report" and choose the appropriate category (e.g., "Child Safety", "CSAM")

Submit the report — our team will review it within 24 hours

5. Mandatory Reporting and Law Enforcement Cooperation

In compliance with applicable laws, including the PROTECT Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and comparable international regulations, Bonk is committed to:

1. Reporting all identified or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (www.cybertipline.org) immediately upon discovery

2. Preserving all relevant evidence, metadata, account data, and communication logs to assist law enforcement investigations

3. Cooperating fully and promptly with requests from law enforcement agencies, including providing account information under valid legal process

4. Removing identified CSAM immediately and without delay upon detection
